Skin allergies on 3 left hand finger tip

Since 4 years,I have skin allergy on fingers left hand, I get dryness, sometimes skin even cracks and become painful. As per drs advice I had antifungal tablets and some ointments also,got relief but it come back. I'm very much disturbed with this allergy, plz give some goo8
