Ringworm or fungal infection as we say in medical terms can reoccur if you are applying wrong medicines these medicines are steroids which suppress the infection and you feel fine for a while but reoccurs again because its not treated kindly consult a dermatologist for antifungals therapy as well as to rule out any other cause of reoccurence start wearing loose clothes avoid sweating for prolonged hours
