Skin allergies for 2 months old baby

Skin allergies for my 2 month old baby, allergy started like small pimple and it's spread slowly on neck, face, forehead, head and stomach. It's looking like now patches and red coloured boarders. These kind of allergies i face long back ago and same thing i can see on my new born baby. Suggest me, who can i contact a skin care specialist or a pediatrician.
