Skin allergic reaction on hands

I had a skin reaction which gave me rashes on both the hands and some on forearm with a few bumps on neck and back after consuming wheatgrass..its been there now for onr week...i have had Betnesol 2mg for 2 days and currently taking Allegra 180, twice a day...but the itching is not going...also using momisoft cream at night..The older ones are getting better but new ones appear every day at the same area and the itching is driving me mad...
