Hi ..thanks for query! You are propably suffering from fungal infection.Its always better to take a proper course of antifungal drugs which includes cream amd oral medication. Please avoid using over the counter drugs available at pharmacies because they contain steroids and they will worsen your problem leading in failure of complete resolution of lesion and recurrences.
