Namaskaram, Pain and spacing that you are experiencing is due to gingivitis. Due to the accumulation of plaque and calculus the gums experience irritation and tend to swell . This results in spacing and finally mobility of teeth due to extensive infection . You need a proffessional scaling and deep cleaning and periodontal therapy for a healthy oral hygiene.
