My son 7month 25 days old he is been sitting with support since 5th month. But without support he is trying hard he also sits for few minutes but not more than that. However he can be on his stomach for hours without any issues. I am bit worried if there is any problem should I consult doctor? He eats well like raagi khichdi, custard apple, chickoo, suji kheer, sweet potato, potato, tomato, pumpkin, and breastfeeding. His birth weight was 2935gms and now he is 8100gms.

Dont worry...its normal development till now.. Baby learn to sit without support afetr8 completed months of age...

If he was born normal and not requiring any NICU stay, he is doing fine. Keep a eye on his development but do not worry.
