Sitting in squat position after c sectin

I had c section done 2 weeks ago on 14 June 2022. Can I sit in squat position or use Indian style toilet?

If it is possible for you to avoid that it will be good as normal stitches inside take place at least 4-5 months to heal.
Next Steps
you can use a chair with the whole which can be used on an Indian pot and you can sit on the chair
