Sir My USG Neck report says Two well defined anechoic cysts with internal calcifications noted in both lobes of thyroid Largest measuring 5x3 mm noted in left lobe of thyroid . Sir is this normal or anything serious sir .

Get a routine CBC, T3, T4,TSH as well as antiThyroid antibodies(anti Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) and anti Thyroglobulin(ATG) ). These tests have to be done after 12 hours fasting and at an NABL accredited laboratory.
