Needs to be seen,if possible by video consultation bcoz there is no mention about symptoms and it's duration,but I assume u have back painand  if any radiating pains or paraesthesia in limbs ,u need symptomatic medications Nsaids and Gabapin-NT ,but need to start After basic history and examination. Avoid bending or straining. Plenty of water. If any addiction stop all. Don't worry.
