I am suffering from post nasal drip since 2 years, hilotise, foul smelling nose. Plz help me . People coughed at me where I go. No any addiction, vegetarian

This symptoms can be of sinusitis, u need an ENT consultation and a nasal endoscopy to diagnose it and treatment
