Can sinusitis lead to brown or reddish phlegm in morning? As i had taken a CT scan and there is Sinus infection and a mild DNS. I have been taking antibiotics because of which the pain near eyebrow has somewhat healed but the mucus remains the same. What can be the reason? Should i go with so other test?

Acute infection may cause the symptoms. Continue the course of antibiotics Also start using nasal spray if not started yet

Yes possible to have blood in mucus because of sinusitis. You can get done nasal endoscopy to confirm
