Brown stain of blood in morning phlegm

Hi I am 26 yr female From last 2 days when I was cleaning my throat in the morning I observed brown stain of with cough. I never faced this issue before in my life . Nd one more this I taking sandu blood purifier syrup every night jst before I go to bed nd this syrup is also exactly same in colour. Also I wl get mouth ulcers nd tonsil very frequently .
