SINUSITIS PROBLEM FROM LAST 2 YEARS

I have been suffering from sinusitis from 2 years .It was not as much difficult which i feel now. I am getting side headache both sides of head and back headache too. My nose is blocked and dry. Even i am having neck muscles aches too. It makes me too difficult to stand my head. Please help me to get out of this!
