Sinusities, i can't breath in my nose..

I have sinus 2year..nw it icrease i can't breath in nose.. And nose is blocked with cough.. Am very stressed and am throgh breathing only using otrivin...i hv no know taste and smel the foods.. Pls help me

Hello! Your problem could be chronic sinusitis leading to a post nasal drip and throat irritation with cough. You will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy and a ct scan of the nose and paranasal sinuses to evaluate for it. Please stop using otrivin or nasivion or any such drops as they lead to rebound congestion if used for long durations. A topical steroid nasal spray can be useful.
