Hello sir/mam ...my husband is of 31 year old and hv chronic  sinusities due to dust ...i mean he hv dust allergy frm past 5 to 6 years ... sometimes he takes antihistamines some times use spray but nt cured properly ...recently he have nasal turbinate enlargement ...plz suggest T/t for this condition?

If turbinate are enlarged , these can cause the he nasal obstruction and irritates the patient very much , solution is reductionby electrocautry , or surgical reduction . Sometimes submucoasal injections of long acting steroid can help For sinusitis the treatment depends on the CT FINDINGS
