Hello doctor I have lower back head pulsating pressure and I also have palpitations one day and I done ecg it showed sinus tachycardia. I also did 2d echo test it was normal. After a week again I done another ecg it was normal. But I'm experiencing some weird electric sensations in back of neck somewhere. Is this anxiety related ? Please let me know. I'm worried about my health. I'm attaching my ecg's. is this normal ?
