I have done the pns X-ray as advised by another ENT specialist and the report shows- Thickening mucosal changes in both maxillary sinuses Frontal sinus not well developed Nasal turbinate are congested. What does these all indicates?

As per your description you might have developed bilateral maxillary sinusitis with inferior turbinates hypertrophy.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
