Sinus problem
Hi ..
Recently I m diagnosed with sinus... And I have congested nose... And also feeling low like headache and body ache and sometimes body shivers...is that happen... And what are food items which I ignore..???

Can also have nasal congestion.
I'm sure ur ent doctor would have told the cause of your sinusitis. So we need to treat that cause.
