There is nothing like LASER surgery for sinusitis. But the surgery is called FESS (functional endoscopic sinus surgery) done with MICRODEBRIDER and COBLATION technology for turbinate channeling which is SUPERIOR TO LASER TECHNOLOGY in this condition. It's total endoscopic procedure with no external cuts. To my knowledge garlic has nothing to do with sinusitis. Sinusitis is mucosal related condition.
