Hi, my husband has sinus issue, sometimes light headeche also... Can he use 2-2 drops cow ghee in his nostrils...pls suggest thank you

Yes he can. In the night 2 drops each of badam rogan josh can also help, massage temples with the same. Ayurveda has good medicines for sinusitis.Medicinal oil like anutail empty stomach is of great help.
