Please don't go for any treatments without evidences. Consult a modern medicine specialist. Get a diagnostic nasal endoscopy done to diagnose your condition. If there are still polyps , you may need to treat it with medicines and surgery if medical management fails. Also before getting another scan, take minimum 5 days of antibiotics and steroids (If you're non diabetic) to reduce sinus inflammation and to get accurate scan results.
Next Steps
Diagnostic nasal endoscopy, Then CT PNS.
Health Tips
Always go for Evidence based medicine, it's your health and it's your choice.
