Sinus infection

I have severe nasal congestion which seems to be sinus infection from symptoms. I am taking steam regularly and drinking hot teas and stuff but nothing is helping. Please advise

Take decongestant use otrivin nasal spray 2 time daily for 5 days not more than that.
