Is there any connection between sinus during luteal phase of menstruation cycle? Usually the headache is accompanied by a blocked nose. It lasts for 4-5 days.

You might be suffering from migraine which is common type of headache disorder which can occur during specific days of cycle. Usually hormonal changes induce attacks of migraine. Nasal stuffiness also can occur during Miho because of dilation of blood vessels inside nose
