My daughter is 3.5 months old and she was suffering from cold since last sunday and doctor prescribed sinerest af drops 6 drops 2 times a day. As I saw in news chlorpheniramine is not good for kids and is it safe to give sinerest af drops or kindly suggest any other drops

Please avoid cough suppressing medications like sinarsst or Maxtra etc. Cold will settle on its own. Continue breast feeding
