I want to know how much maximum time it wil take to go aways?i am 28 Years unmarried girl I dignose with simple ovarian cyst in my left ovary {5.4×3.7cm} on 6th march 2018.

You need to take medications for 6months and then repeat an ultrasound pelvis to see size of cyst. Consult directly online for further clarifications.
