Yes it can. It will become normal on its own. Get a Uroflowmetry done to see whether you need any medications

It can cause as it’s the side off Effect of this medicine But for what reason you have been advised this medicine In case it’s for urinary symptoms, u can ask you doctor to change it with the one which has no ejaculation problem
