Signs on nails

I can see horizontal white band on nails of my right hand, but 2 nails of left hand also starts looking like right nail in light colour. And I also feel head spinning while standing, feeling tired after some time of walking just like heaviness in lower body, nervousness in public place from past 3 weeks. I'm not sure what is happening with my body.
