Hi, since kadt few weeks i m suffering from bavk spread pain some times in lower vack, upper back, both sides and abdomen. It is not centralized, yesterday is there today is here type. When i sleep on my left pain in left, sleep right pain in right and when sleep on my back then pain in lower back and same abdomen. I have done my sonography , nothing in that. And i am doing physiotherapy since last 4 months for my weak muscles of my legs and shoulder. Kindly suggest

Hi, your pain seems to be radiating as per your sleep position. First check your mattress it needs to be firm to support your back, check your pillow if you can sleep without a pillow do that or change to a firm pillow so it can support your neck. Do yoga everyday for 20-30 minutes. Check vitamind3 levels, calcium, esr, crp to rule out vitamin deficiencies and inflammatory conditions.
