I've been taking pep since 6th of April every night. I'm facing side effects like dizziness in the morning and lethargy, sometimes headache too. Dizziness has reduced as compared to previous days but I'm always tired since morning to evening. And after taking pep i feel a lot of heat in my body like my feet. How to deal with side effects?
