I had smoking habits for past 10 years ( 3 cigarette per day). I have stopped from last 2 months. I am using Nicotex 2 mg per day 3 cum. How long I should continue this cum. Is it creates any side effects?.

Nicotex is a cigarette substitute. Nicotex in itself will be difficult to quit also. Try decreasing the number of chewing gums per day.
