Side effects of MEPRATE 10mg

I started taking MEPRATE 10mg from 29th May to delay my periods. I am still taking the tablet daily, but I am bleeding for the last 3-4 days. Is this a period or a breakthrough bleeding ?

This is the breakthrough bleeding .You stop the tablet so heavy flow will start.This is happening due to not maintained the fixed time.
