Hello Doctor , I took saw palmetto and beta sitosterol to block DHT and 5 alpha reductase enzyme in 2016, I got erectile dysfunction since then, now in 2018 I went to urologist and checked my Testosterone level is 3.38ng/ml , and I did USG and Doppler test of my testis , testicle and scrotum , it was found that my testicles are smaller than normal size , but Dr gave Tadfil 20 , but it's not permanent solution , Can I increase my testicle size to normal ? And can I boost my testosterone level? To whom should I visit for this ? Plz help me out.
