Hello doctor My 45 days old female bady budgie is sitting like this, her parents are not feeding her, she can't eat by herself still, see looks sick please tell me what to do, she is ill from more than a week, I'm attaching photos please see to it

It will be difficult to diagnose only with the picture you shared. You may need a proper consultation to get her treated. As far as eating part, try hand feeding her the baby bird formula to avoid her going off-feed.
