Asked for Female, 18 Years

I have had a shoulder dislocation about 8 months back. After the dislocation my shoulder has still been quite unstable. Recently I have been experiencing painful snapping. It's giving quite a lot of pain. Moreover, I am an active sportswomen. Please help
