Hello........ Shoulder  pain could  be due to ligament tear,  injury to nerve , muscle  spasm, bone fracture,  dislocation of joint..  Shoulder is susceptible for dislocation... X ray  is necessary to know the cause  of pain.. Get aapplyn x ray  and consult orthopedic surgeon in nearest hospital
Next Steps
apply cold compressor,  rest the limb,  take painkiller if needed
