I am suffering from shoulder internal rotation problem. My MRI report says there is partial subscapularisis tear. And distal clavicle osteolysis. I feel inflammation in my shoulder when ever I sleep on it or throw a cricket ball. My consultant doctor says my body it self will heal it. I am doing the basic exercises.

In an active person, surgical repair is recommended. The surgery can be performed by Arthroscopy or open surgery .. Partial or full thickness tear of subscapularis muscle is repaired by arthroscopic surgery....
