Shoulder pain

While playing cricket after long time,i suffered a jerk in shoulder while bowling. Terrible shoulder pain lasted for 8 to 9 days. And now its been 6 month there is constant mild pain whenever arm is used for active actions like lifting bags, gym etc. What can be the problem? I never took a help from doctor but its been a long time now so will that be curable?

• Gentle Shoulder Stretching. • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Gentle Neck Exercises. • Avoid sleeping on affected side. • Warm up and cool down is a must.
