Shoulder Pain, Numbness in Arm

I am facing from Facing very strong shoulder and full arm pain, also numbness in both hands. Ibuprofen 600mg is also not doing anything, i tried MR tablets also, but everything is resulting zero. except Tramadol.

Combination of shoulder and arm pain may mean either problems with shoulder muscles or a problem with nerve compression in neck. You need to see an Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon for assessment and appropriate investigations as needed. Hope this helps.
