Shoulder Pain, Neck Pain

I've been experiencing Shoulder and neck pain for a year already. At first I thought it was just "lamig" or just tired. But then I notice I'm having stiff neck oftenly. And when I turn my head my shoulder would also react and ache so bad. Also the bottom of my head is aching, but not inside, just when you touch it. And some numbness on my face. All in the RIGHT SIDE of my body only.
