Shoulder pain
My husband is 36yrs old and he met with a minor accident few years back. His left shoulder got injured. Doc advised him that there is a very minor bone gap in the shoulder so too much of pressure or weight should not be taken. Now since few days he is having pain in the same shoulder ND same position. Kindly suggest what has to be done. He is not having time to relax and he drives for a long distances whole day.
If simple painkillers and ice packs are not reducing the painkillers then it may need assessment from an Orthopaedic Surgeon to work out what exactly is going on. He may also need an x-ray or a scan to know in more detail. Then a treatment regime can be provided.
