I'm having a dull pain in shoulder from past 2 weeks, i'm a fitness trainer, i can move my hand freely, but sometimes i feel pain in front deltoid, and weakness in my arm, i had same prblm 2 years ago, that resolved within 2-3 weeks when i stopped working out
