Shoulder joint surgery

Shoulder joint broken surgery done but the ball inside the shoulder joint is removed for replacement and after 2 months doctor asked to do the ball replacement operation need suggestions regarding this operation from doctors..

Looks like you had a shoulder injury that could not be fixed so plan was to excise the broken pieces and do a shoulder joint Replacement after 2mths.
