How to cure about shoulder after 21 days removing of medical shoulder bandage? please suggest me how to cure.my hand has proper not working in many direction & pain in shoulder due to some moves of hand exp:- Eating with hand but not possible for me please suggest me first stage excercise & I take medicine from dr priscription of "ALPHAA OMEGA" & "CALDIMAX K2" taking morning & evening. is this fine according to you? & please suggest me & dr has check first day x-ray & told me for removing bandage.

Hi Its common with post traumatic treatments bcoz of injury muscles become frozen and stiffer due to which movements will resticted bcoz of pain. so to relax you can try Tab Myospas Twice a day for 5 days
