Shoulder, chest, rib pain

I have pain n pull below collar bone when I wake up. When I stretch my chest to ease it makes cracking sound. I also have rib pain while deep breath, yawning,  burping.  If I sit for long I feel sore around right rib area. Pain Sumtyms radiates to my wrist n ring finger. Plz suggest which specialist I should consult.

Hi your symptoms may be due to pleuritis or unnoticed rib problem or may be due to muscle pull with cervical strain...simple investigations like chest x ray with prior clinical examination by physician will solve your problem...consult good physician soon
