I've been having something moving like tingling and numbness in my right shoulder blade.It doesn't cause pain but it rise my anxiety

Doesn't seem to be due to any pathology. Could just be a natural thing.still if it is bothering u so much can visit a doctor to get it examined.

Visit a Physiotherapist. You will need postural alignment along with muscle stretching and strengthening to solve the problem
