Shoulder and upper arm pain

From last 2 month I am feeling bilateral shoulders pain and upper arm and palm pain ( feels swell) , Consulted with rhumetologist he advised to do ANCA test and ultrasound of shoulders , both are quite normal , esr crp also normal , deflacort 6 mg prescribed , it gives me relief , after quitting pain again hurting , My other test RA ANTI CCP ANA ENA TTG HLAB27 BONE SCAN MRI OF SI JOINT has done in 2022 ,

Steroids will improve the symptoms but diagnosis needs to be established. Is there history of morning stiffness? Since how many years are you suffering?
