Hello Doctor, Do I have to press out the milk from 20 days baby's breast? Why because Elders says that without pressing breasts will become so big. Please suggest. Thank you.

Hello, it’s due to maternal hormonal effect. Don’t press out/ rub the breast buds. It will cause inflammation. No need to worry it will subside on its own.

Avoid doing any such thing. It's just hormonal effect,  no need to worry for this. Rather pressing can complicate thing.
