Should I use the following eye drops during my whole pregnancy? Lubricants Genteal gel or Systane ultra And Antibiotic Moxicep eye drops Aren't they are harmful to my fetus?

Hello Lubricating eyedrop: you can use safely Antibiotics: use under guidance of local ophthalmologist... Tobramycin is safest antibiotic for pregnant women.

Hi .. I m not clear as to why you have to use antibiotic drops throughout whole pregnancy? Indiscriminate use of antibiotic drops causes resistance to antibiotics. If you are really having severe dry eyes , you may use all the lubricants you have mentioned .

You can use them. Topical drops won't penetrate through placenta. Won't harm fetus.
