Should i go for any further tests?

I have been having body pain ,cold from last 15 days.My body is feeling very week from inside constantly.As per one test my vitamin d is about 12.5.Kindly suggest should I go for other tests as well.I am taking multi vitamin capsules like seacod capsule,Matilda Forte,Bin ek,zevit.Kindly suggest .

Non need of further tests. It's only due to seasonal cold. Take tab. Zerodol-SP 1 tab 2 times a day for 3 days
